Install
Installing, step by step
Download
Tap Download for Android on this page. If your browser asks whether to keep the file, choose Download anyway.
Open the file
Open it from the download notification, or from the Downloads folder in your Files app.
Allow this install
If Android says it is not allowed to install unknown apps, tap Settings, turn on Allow from this source for your browser, then go back.
Play Protect
Play Protect may warn that it does not recognise the app, because it is not from the Play Store. Tap More details, then Install anyway.
Sign in
Open Chale Driver and sign in with the mobile number registered against your driver account.
Updates
Updating the app
The app tells you when a new version is ready. Download it from this page and install it over the old one. Do not uninstall first: you stay signed in when you update in place. If the app says your version is too old, it will not take rides until you update, but Safety support still works.
