Chale is a small team building a platform that carries people, packages and patients. The work is unglamorous and consequential in equal measure: a rounding error here is somebody's money, and a missed verification is somebody's safety.

Write it down
Decisions live in the repository with the reason attached. If you cannot explain why a number is that number, it does not ship.
The gap list matters more than the tick list
We keep an honest record of what is not built yet. Overstating what works is the fastest way to lose the trust this product needs.
Small team, wide surface
Backend, apps, operations and the people who answer riders are close enough to argue with each other. Expect to work across more than your title.
Bilingual by default
Everything a rider or captain reads exists in English and Hindi. If you write copy here, you write it twice — or you find someone who can.
