Questions

Delivery questions

How heavy can a package be?

The bike courier category is configured for packages up to 10 kg and the van courier for up to 200 kg. Both are quoted separately for your route when the delivery is booked.

Do you deliver between cities?

No. Each Chale city has its own service area and routing graph, and both ends of a delivery must sit inside the same one.

What cannot be sent?

Cash, jewellery and documents of value, anything illegal or hazardous, perishables that will not survive the trip, and live animals.
