Before you register
Do I need a GST registration?
Only if your own business is required to have one. Chale does not make GST a condition of registering a vehicle — if it applies to you, give it when our team asks; if it does not, it is not needed.
Can I register vehicles I do not drive myself?
Yes — that is what fleet partnership is. Choose "a vehicle or fleet owner" on the signup form. If you also drive, choose "driver and owner".
How many vehicles can I register?
There is no cap in the platform. Start the enquiry with one vehicle; our team will work through the rest of your fleet with you.
What happens when a vehicle document expires?
You are warned before expiry, and the vehicle comes out of service until a current document replaces it. That is enforced on the server, not left to a reminder somebody might miss.
