Chale carries lawful goods only. Cash, jewellery, documents of value, anything illegal, hazardous or perishable beyond the trip, and live animals are not accepted.

What is different about Chale Parcel
A named recipient, not a guess
You give the recipient’s name and number when you book. The delivery is completed against that name, and the name is recorded on the trip.
The same live route as a ride
A parcel is dispatched, routed and tracked through exactly the same system as a passenger trip. You watch it move on the map.
A price before you send
The fare is calculated from the routed distance and your city’s parcel pricing rules, and shown in full before you confirm.
A record that stays
Every parcel keeps its own route, fare breakdown, recipient and completion record in your trip history.

What can I not send?
Cash, jewellery and documents of value, anything illegal or hazardous, anything perishable that will not survive the trip, and live animals. Chale carries lawful goods within the same city only.
How do I track a parcel?
Open it under Trips in your account. A parcel has the same live map, status and record as a passenger trip, including the completed handover.
Can I send a parcel to another city?
Not today. Each Chale city has its own service area and routing graph, and both ends of a parcel trip must sit inside the same one.
Who pays — me or the recipient?
The person who books pays, by cash at pickup or from their Chale wallet, chosen before confirming.
