Frequently asked
Can two people travel on one bike booking?
No. The bike category is a single pillion seat. For two or more people, book an auto or a car.
Will I be given a helmet?
Captains are expected to carry one for the rider. If a captain does not offer you a helmet, report it from the trip and our operations team will follow it up with them.
Can I carry luggage on a bike?
A backpack or small bag is fine. Anything bigger belongs in a car — or send it on its own as a Chale parcel.
Is bike available in every Chale city?
Availability is configured per city. When you set a pickup, the booking screen shows only the categories that are actually live where you are.
