Ambulance — Emergency patient transport
Basic patient transport or advanced life support, dispatched ahead of other requests and never surge-priced.
If a life is at risk, call 108 first. Chale is a transport platform, not a medical service, and it does not replace the state emergency number. No clinical outcome is promised here.

What is different about Chale Ambulance
Dispatched ahead of everything else
An ambulance request goes to the front of the dispatch queue by design, ahead of rides and parcels. This is a rule in the platform, not a promise made on a page.
Never surge-priced
Demand modifiers are not applied to ambulance bookings. An emergency costs the same at 3am in the rain as it does on a quiet afternoon.
Two levels of care, priced separately
Basic transport and advanced life support are separate categories with separate fares, so you choose knowing what each one is.
Someone to reach
Your emergency contacts are on your account, and the trip can be shared with them from the ride screen while it is happening.
What Chale does not claim
Being clear about the limits
An emergency is the worst moment to discover a service was oversold. So, plainly:
No response-time guarantee
Chale does not promise an arrival time. You see a real estimate from a real route, and it can change with traffic.
No medical advice
Nobody at Chale will advise you on treatment. Ask the crew, the hospital, or 108.
Availability is real, not assumed
If no ambulance is available in your service area, Chale says so immediately instead of leaving you waiting on a request that will not be met.

Ambulance captains and vehicles go through the same document verification as every other Chale vehicle.
Chale makes no clinical promise. It moves a patient; treatment is the hospital’s and the crew’s.
Questions
Frequently asked
Should I book here or call 108?
If a life is at immediate risk, call 108 first — it is the state emergency service and Chale does not replace it. Chale ambulance booking is for getting a patient to hospital when you need transport you can see and track.
What is the difference between the two ambulance types?
Basic is patient transport with a trained attendant. Advanced life support adds a cardiac monitor, oxygen and a paramedic on board. They are separate categories with separate fares.
Is an ambulance more expensive during a rush?
No. Demand-based pricing modifiers are never applied to ambulance bookings — that is a platform rule, not a seasonal promise.
Can I book an ambulance for someone else?
Yes. Set the patient’s location as the pickup and the hospital as the destination. You can share the live trip with whoever is with them.
