Chale supports pricing modifiers — the rules that move a fare with demand, time of day or conditions. They exist because a platform with no way to attract supply at 2am is a platform that cannot get anybody home at 2am.
The exception
Ambulance bookings are excluded from them. An emergency category is never surge-priced, and it is dispatched ahead of rides and parcels rather than queued behind them. Both are rules in the dispatch and pricing layers, not a promise on a marketing page.
Why write it down here
Because the moment you need an ambulance is the worst possible moment to discover a pricing policy. If it is a rule in the system, it should be a sentence you can read in advance and hold us to.
What Chale still will not claim
No arrival-time guarantee, and no clinical promise. Chale moves a patient; treatment belongs to the crew and the hospital. If a life is at immediate risk, call 108 first — Chale is not a replacement for the state emergency service.
